So, we figured out what all the engineering students who can’t get jobs do. Kidding! Because that would trivialize the hard and impressive work done by this dude who built Clockwork, his fifth major K’Nex ball machine and most complex structure to date. And his YouTube profile says he’s only 21!!
It took him eight months to build and has over 40,000 pieces, 450 feet of track, 21 different paths, 8 motors, 5 lifts, and a one-of-a-kind computer-controlled crane. Iit also has two computer-controlled illuminated K’Nex balls. Okay, we’re just a little impressed!!
You can check out some of his other structures on his webpage Austin’s K’Nex Designs or YouTube channel austron.
