A while ago we mourned over the loss of a 39-pound-cat named Meow, who many people speculated died after the excitement of going on Anderson Cooper’s show. We’ve found the canine equivalent of Meow and we cannot let what happened to Meow happen to him!!
Obie is an obese dachshund that weighs a whopping 77 pounds!! His doting owners were no longer able to care for him (like they were before?) and gave him up. Now he’s in a new home and on a weight loss program to lose 40 pounds. HIs blood work is normal and he is otherwise healthy but we should all show our support!!
