Miley Cyrus has been showing off her rockin’ toned body lately. But after posting a photo of herself, some fans think the singer/actress may be taking her exercise regimen a bit too far.
Tweeting “Fiancé jeans. but for real though”, the star displays her tiny waste and jutting hip bones while wearing her fiancé Liam Hemsworth’s sweatpants.
But despite growing concerns that Miley has lost too much weight over the past few months, her personal trainer Mari Windsor has defended her by saying that “people need to chill out.”
“She’s healthy and she feels good, that’s the main thing,” Windsor said. “She’s smart about her body. She wanted to sculpt her body, that’s all.”
This isn’t the first time Miley has been under fire for her weight. Back in April, she was forced to defend herself.
“For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy,” Cyrus explained about her weight loss.
Come on, guys. While Miley has lost a lot of weight recently, it’s really not up to us to decide what’s healthy. People come in all different shapes and sizes. Who are we to judge what Miley’s body should look like? After all, we’re not even professional doctors.
