Every so often we’re graced with the type of bad acting that becomes an instant classic in the Hall of Black Comedies — up there with Tommy Wiseau’s The Room. This week we’ve come across two gunshot reactions that compete as the most epic acting fail ever.
Which do you think is worse? And PLEASE contribute your faves under the comment section below. We’d love to grab a box of tissue (for tears of laughter) and watch more.
CONTENDER 1: Raekwon in Coalition
*SPOILER ALERT American rapper Raekwon dies in 2004′s Coalition. The movie is a “realistic” depiction of how New York’s lucrative construction business is shaken by non-union labour. Too bad Raewon’s death scene looks more like he just remembered he forgot to turn the stove off last night.
CONTENDER 2: In the Line of Duty 4
Fun fact: with each new In the Line of Duty movie comes a worse gunshot scene (I don’t actually know this, I’m just guessing). Even better than this dude’s rigamortis-style death is the reaction of one YouTuber, who defends its authenticity: “It’s more realistic than most of what you see when people are shot in films. That round could have deflected up into his heart area or severed the aorta where it hit him. Admittedly he may be more likely to fall forward if hit while he was walking, but if he was leaning back and standing, maybe not. I have seen people shot that fall/die in a similar manner.”
