The guys of Big Time Rush have the ultimate beach party in their new video “Windows Down,” as they basically mess around on the beach, surfing, cruising in a jeep, diving off a cliff and ultimately passing out around a bon fire. It’s pretty much my idea of a dream summer day and it’s the perfect summer track if you just happen to have a stereo system by the waterfall you’re splashing around in.
“Windows down is a song that completely embodies fun and we wanted to shoot a video that captured the four of us doing just that,” Logan Henderson said to Us Weekly. “We shot the video in Maui and did everything from cliff diving to paddle boarding to a house party with the locals. Our fans will get a chance to see a more mature and playful side of BTR.”
It also seems like BTR is going for a more mature image, not only because of the party rocking video but because of the upbeat track, which borrows elements from Blur’s original “Song 2.”
