Rihanna went “gangsta goth geisha” for her upcoming “Princess of China” video with Coldplay. She posted pictures of her costume and makeup on Twitter this morning with the apt description and the hashtags #thuglife and #princessofchina.
In one of the photos, RiRi extends her middle finger with a freakishly long fingernail extension. She also wears thick black eye makeup and has her hair in an intense updo, partly held together by chopsticks. The look is partly East meets West and modern-day Geisha.
If this is any indiciation of Chris Martin’s look for the upcoming video, I’m excited.
