Jessica Lowndes New Music Video “I WIsh I Was Gay”

Posted on November 14, 2011 by

Probably the stupidest thing I found on the internet today is Jessica Lowndes’ music video for “I Wish I Was Gay”.

Jessica plays a singer on the hit show 90210 and now she’s one in real life, too, but she just so happens to be a really shitty one.

When not filming for the show, she’s recording her upcoming album. Jessica’s first single is called “I Wish I Was Gay” and my final verdict is: I wish I was deaf.

There’s nothing more annoying than a pretty, rich girl complaining about being too pretty and getting hit on by everyone in the world with an adam’s apple. She continues the “wah wah, I wish I was a lesbian so I wouldn’t be treated poorly by guys” whining in the form of a music video.

The video for “I Wish I was Gay” is as bad as the track cover. It starts off with Jessica in a dressing room dressed in menswear, auditioning for what appears to be the sequel for Showgirls.

If Jessica’s talented at anything, it’s lapdancing. There’s a ton of that in the music video, which seems hypocritical for someone who wishes she was on the pink taco diet.

Sure, guys watching this may need a cold shower afterwards but the only thing I need after watching this monstrosity is a shotgun to the head. Watch the video at your own risk.

I watched the video and thought it was very entertaining and the song was great!  Not sure why  you would have written such a poisonous review…….jealous perhaps

Wow. Tell us how you really feel Natalia.
I thought the video was entertaining as well.
I think its suppose to be a fun, light video.
Did you know she funded the video by herself?

Take it easy, your green eyes are showing.

I agree with you! This video is trashy and exploitative. If she wishes she was gay, maybe she shouldn’t be dry humping a man.

Also, it’s not like lesbians have no relationship problems. This song is exploitative and desperately striving for controversy, while positing lesbian sexuality as just another way to satisfy the male gaze. Putting on a hat doesn’t make you butch, honey. Maybe if she had some real dykes dancing with her instead of Victoria’s Secret models, or if the song was about trying to escape heteronormativity. Oh well…

Whoa, Natalie darling….MEOW….put your claws away.   Lighten up – catchy song, beautiful people, fun and entertaining.   This isn’t a review, it’s an assassination.  Journalism 101 – don’t make it personal.
