We are ashamed to admit it, but we like Two and a Half Men. We will also admit it has been an emotional roller coaster learning the fate of the show, and the fate of Charlie Sheen.
Now that we know the show will resume on September 19 without Charlie, we continue to ponder how they will deal with his character. Speculation is getting a little insane, and it feels like the last episode of Seinfeld all over again. Some people are suggesting Chuck Lorre will kill the character by having him drive his car off a cliff. To us, that’s too dramatic.
We think the ending will be Charlie having to flee the country, and only leaving a note saying goodbye. Why would he leave? Two possible scenarios:
1. Charlie finds out he has a love child and doesn’t want the responsibility of paying child support. So he fleas to Peru or something.
2. The IRS audits Charlie and they identify he hasn’t paid income tax in 20 years. So instead of facing jail time, he jumps on a plane and flees the country.
What do you think of these endings? We should be writing for Two and a Half Men.
