The man who gave the world possibly the most hated artist of all time, Rebecca Black, has a new artist he hopes you will love. Her name is Lexi St. George.
Patrick Wilson is CEO of Ark Music Factory, and he is trying to recreate the “success” of Rebecca Black. He spoke with Gawker about his newest project, and Ark.
“As much as I want to work with other people, Ark from day one has always auditioned people. I pick people for a specific reason—there’s something about them.”
Lexi is 14 years old and her video has already debuted on Good Morning America. Wilson chose Lexi and put her through pop star boot camp. He insists that Lexi is a credible artist, and he doesn’t want her to come off as “dumb.”
