Joe Jackson Wants an Allowance from Michael Jackson Estate

Yes you read that title correctly – Joe Jackson wants an allowance from Michael Jackson’s estate. TMZ is reporting that Joe Jackson feels he is entitled to a “maintenance” allowance out of the estate, however Michael Jackson specifically did not include his father as a beneficiary over concerns he would waste the money on lavish expenses.

Michael’s estate lawyers argue that Joe’s “maintenance” expenses include vacations, air travel, hotels, assistants and legal fees. Joe also argues he needs money to support his children and grandchildren.

    HE DEFINATELY DOES NOT DESERVE ANYTHING FROM MICHAEL….I feel MJ’s whole family has ‘lived’ off him for a long time. The creation of the new reality show proves that. Now MJ is gone so the family actually has to ‘do’ something to make more money. The only people entitled to money are his mother and his children. Joe is nothing more than a child abuser and an ignorant person.
    All you have to do is look at him or listen to an interview w/him. He had street smarts when he was younger, by making his children earn a living for him and he’s still trying to do that. May Joe go to hell for the way he raised those kids.

    Joe needs to get going to an old folks home. I’ve followed Michaels’ career since he was young I am 3 1/2 years older than he was. Joe abused all of those kids. And he needs to stay away from the home Michael’s children live in.
    He knew his father would waste the money. And that’s exactly what he’s doing. Why should be go any where or have any fun at Michael’s expense. That man need to get a life. He is a leech! Jehovahs Witness do not celebrate Holidays. So why should he get even one thin dime. Didn’t he have Social Security.
    It’s ashame to see all those who are profitting by his Death. That is totally wrong, maybe he should have his butt beat up one side and down the other. I cut my own son out of my small will because he disrespected me. So since Joe disrespected MIchaels will by trying to be close to the kids he should be locked up and fed Bread and Water.
    THis BS Joe is pulling is insane why give even Space in the News. He’s nothing without his son and even then. Michael kept his distance. JOE IS A BUM AND NOTHING ELSE!

    He does not deserve anythign as Michael had his reasons, and this should be applied to Michael’s wishes as well as anyone, who has passed. I wouldn’t want anyone to fight over my wishes. Everyone has the right to a will, and no one should have the right to change it.
