American ChopperTMZ is reporting that the Father and Son duo at Orange Choppers Holdings Inc. aren’t feeling the Christmas spirit of generosity and togetherness. The stars of the show American Chopper are currently in a lawsuit over stock options. Paul Teutul Sr. is claiming he has the right to buy his son’s stock in Orange County Choppers Inc., which he is wishing to exercise.

Problem is his son Paul Teutul Jr. is not willing to sell according to the lawsuit filed in Supreme Court of New York. TMZ is also reporting that Father Teutul is suing Orange Choppers Holdings Inc. for an excess of $1 million. I guess the lesson here is not to mix business with family.
