Carrie Ann InabaDancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba says she’s ready to dance again following neck surgery Wednesday, reports E! News. Inaba underwent a procedure to treat her spinal stenosis, a condition that causes narrowing in the space around the spinal cord.

“My back and neck were locked up,” Inaba said. “I have arthritis. I wasn’t able to move pretty much the whole season. It’s nice to have my motion back.”

She said she’s excited to return to dancing. “I have class Monday, Wednesday and Friday. “I’m back to my normal schedule and I can’t wait!”

Inaba felt like she’d recovered enough from the surgery to make it out to a Dizzy Feet benefit Sunday night. “I have to be here. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Even if I was in a neck brace, I’d be here right now.”

Inaba, along with Nigel Lythgoe, Adam Shankman and Katie Holmes, began the foundation earlier this year to promote dance education for young people.
