The suit has about as much merit as Courtney Love's suit against ATVI for putting Cobain's avatar in a sweater. Give me a break. They signed docs, got paid for their music and likenesses. But now all of a sudden they don't want players to be able to play other music using their avatars? God forbid people have fun playing the game they got paid to license the music. Old news.
