Miley Cyrus certainly isn’t shy about speaking her mind. Following her abrupt disappearance from Twitter, Cyrus has made it her mission to inform others on the evils of “tweeting.”
She cited her desire to regain her privacy as the main reason behind her decision to leave earlier this month. After nearly a month Twitter-free, she’s hoping that more people will abandon the blogging trend.
According to mtvnew.com, Miley told Chicago’s B96 morning show that “everyone should leave Twitter.” During her tour stop in Chicago she elaborated that she thinks “Twitter should just be banned from this universe.”
Cyrus holds firm to her belief that the Internet is a dangerous place. “Cause honestly, people, want to know why? You’re unhealthy. You need to get out and do stuff and be in this world instead of being like this [hunched over and typing],” she elaborated. “All I did was lay in bed on my computer and sit there and eat ice cream late at night.”
The young singer added, “You don’t end up living your life and you end up saying things that really is no one else’s business. And I’m not a big fan of the Internet anymore,” she added. “I don’t really go online.”
