After just two episodes, The CW has pulled the plug on The Beautiful Life, starring Mischa Barton. Perez Hilton reports the drama, produced by Ashton Kutcher, failed to get the ratings needed to keep it on the air.

The show, filmed in New York City, was in the middle of shooting its seventh episode when production was shut down on Friday.

I really enjoyed this show, I feel as though they should have given it more of a chance to shine than just two episodes

Vapid actors and poor storyline, CW is smart to cancel it early.
