Bob BarkerLegendary television game show host, Bob Barker, is resisting retirement for as long as possible.  After retiring after his 50-year stint in television, Barker is making an appearance once again.   According to perezhilton.com, 85-year-old Barker will be returning to The Price is Right next month.

Instead of hosting this time around, Barker is making a special appearance to promote his newest money-making venture.  He will be promoting his new autobiography, entitled Priceless Memories.  The book features stories from his early life as well as stories and experiences from his television career.

Barker has hosted 6,500 episodes of The Price is Right, and this promotional episode will tape next Wednesday and air on April 16.  He hosted the game show from 1972 to 2007, making it the longest-running daytime game show in North American television history.

And for all the lucky audience members, Barker will also be giving away his book to all that attend.  Other fans will have to wait until April 6 for the official release of the autobiography.
