Kristin DavisFormer madam, Kristin Davis, who used to provide hookers for former New York Gov. Elliot Spitzer provided the same services for injured Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and dated him, the Daily News reported yesterday.

Davis served three months in jail and is on five years’ probation after pleading guilty to promoting prostitution.  

“All I can say is there is a connection,” she said when asked about Rodriguez. According to newsday.com, she declined to comment on the specific allegations, saying she does “not talk about my personal life or who I date.”

Rodriguez, who is currently in Vail, Colo., rehabbing after hip surgery, wears uniform No. 13.

Davis, who is peddling a memoir on her Web site, www.manhattanmadam.com, claims on her Web site that her service had a “roster of 10,000 rich, powerful and famous clients.”

In the Daily News story, she intimated that she was personally wooed by Rodriguez.

“Throughout the years, there were a number of clients that I befriended and it was not uncommon for them to want the women they can’t have whether it be the phone bookers or the madam,” Davis said.

Rodriguez is divorced and has been linked romantically to pop icon Madonna.  Both Rodriguez and Madonna have denied they are or were romantically involved, but Rodriguez’s former wife cited Rodriguez’s “long period of infidelity” in her divorce papers.
