Amy WinehouseIt seems that Amy Winehouse made a triumphant return to England after vacationing in the Caribbean and getting rehabilitated and rested, away from her crazy and chaotic lifestyle that left her unhealthy and sinking into a downward spiral.

Yet it seems that she didn’t escape all of the bad news and troublesome past behaviors as she has been slapped with assault charges after allegedly physically assaulting a fan. The incident was said to have taken place on September 26th when Winehouse was performing at the London’s charitable and posh End of Summer Ball, according to eonline.com.

The fan stated that Winehouse punched her in the eye after she approached her to take a picture. Winehouse is slated to appear in court to face the charge on March, 17th.
“Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London yesterday morning,” the singer’s rep said. “She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley ball last year.”
