Amy Winehouse arrived back in the U.K. after spending three months in St. Lucia on an extended vacation. After spending this much time in paradise the 25 year old singer now faces reality and deals with her estranged husband, Blake Fielder-Civil filing for a divorce. Blake was released from jail last week after being charged with assault and perverting the course of justice. PEOPLE reports that the couple has not spent time together since both of their returns. Winehouse claims that she will not allow the divorce to go forward, however PEOPLE reports that Fielder-Civil is adamant about ending the marriage.
