It first got Patrick Swayze, and now Ed McMahon is the latest star to get hit with pneumonia.

According to E! News, the 85-year-old former Johnny Carson sidekick has been in the hospital for several weeks.

This is just one example of a slew of bad luck that McMahon has experienced in recent months, including bank debts, a home foreclosure, a process server-biting dog and a broken neck, which he blames for his financial woes.

His rep Howard Bragman says that his family is constantly at his side.
