Christian Bale Makes ‘No Excuses’ For Rant
Christian Bale has broken his silence to offer a public apology on Friday (February 6) for his tirade on the set of Terminator Salvation. Bale lost it on the director of photography, Shane Hurlbert, for interrupting a scene a few months back. MTV News reports that he admitted to the error of his angry ways on KROQ’s “Kevin and Bean” show in Los Angeles. “The thing I really want to stress is that I have no confusion whatsoever,” Bale said on the Kevin and Bean show. “I was out of order beyond belief. I acted like a punk. I regret that and there is nobody that has heard that tape that is hit harder by it than me. I make no excuses for it, it is inexcusable.” Continue reading
Wedding Bells Are Ringing for Claire Danes And Hugh Dancy
Claire Danes is officially off the market. E! Online reports that the 29-year-old actress is engaged to her British beau, Hugh Dancy. The couple met while filming the 2007 romantic drama, Evening, in Newport, R.I. The engagement was confirmed Friday by a rep for People. Michael Phelps Is ‘Sorry’ For Drug Scandal
Olympian champion Michael Phelps made a public apology on Wednesday after being photographed inhaling from a marijuana bong. \”I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment,\” Phelps said in the statement released by one of his agents. The consequences of Phelps’s actions are yet to be determined. The Richland County Sheriff released a statement saying that it was going to look into pressing charges, and embarrassed corporate sponsors might be looking into retracting their deal with the swimmer. Soon, Nintendo Wii addicts will be able to step into Indy’s shoes in a quest of their own. “Indiana Jones And The Staff Of The Kings” follows the archeologist in an all new journey across the world and hits stores in late spring of 2009. The adventure is set in 1939 where Indy must battle with his nemesis, Magnus Völler, over who can find the staff of moses.
