Jane’s Addiction will headline this year’s Sasquatch! Music Festival, the band’s first major show since reuniting with its original lineup.
Nine Inch Nails and Kings of Leon are the other two headliners for the festival, which takes place May 23 to 25 at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Quincy, Wash.
Also in the initial lineup are Ben Harper & Relentless7, Erykah Badu, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, the Decemberists, Fleet Foxes, Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head, TV on the Radio, DeVotchKa, Silversun Pickups, M. Ward, Calexico and many others.
Additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks.
This year’s festival will also feature a newly expanded comedy and dance tent. Comedians including Zach Galifianakis and “Daily Show” correspondent Demetri Martin will perform during the day, and electronic and dance music artists will take over at night.
Tickets go on sale Feb. 28 on the Sasquatch! website.
The festival isn’t the only upcoming gig that Jane’s Addiction and Nine Inch Nails will share. Trent Reznor announced on his website Monday that NIN will be joined by the reunited group on a U.S. tour in the spring.
Jane’s Addiction, meanwhile, have been playing a handful of small L.A. club shows over the past few months.
