Gary Collins is in hot water lately.

The former Miss America host was busted for his third DUI last night in Montecito, California.

According to E! news, the 70-year-old was pulled over at 9:16 p.m., and refused a field sobriety test but was eventually given a blood test. He was taken to the Santa Barbara County Jail where he was booked and released.

In January 2008, he spent four days in jail and checked into rehab for a 2007 DUI. He is currently on four years probation for the incident.

Collins’ first DUI was in 2002 in Mississippi. He was found not guilty.
