Canadian Music Week Lineup Unveiled
The official countdown to Canadian Music Week has started, with organizers announcing the confirmed lineup for the March 12 to 14 festival in Toronto.
Canadian performers will include Arkells, Basia Bulat, Chad VanGaalen, Cuff The Duke, The Cunninghams, Hexes & Ohs, Hey Rosetta!, Jenn Grant, Malajube, Matt Mays & El Torpedo, Melissa McClelland, Spiral Beach, The Rural Alberta Advantage and Young Galaxy.
Big-name Brits Bloc Party and The Tings Tings are also confirmed for the fest.
And they aren’t the only international performers coming to T.O. — also in the lineup are acts from countries including the U.S., Sweden, France, Spain, Japan, Brazil, Iran, Nigeria, New Zealand, China and South Africa.
Additional performers and a schedule are pending.
In total, the festival will feature 500 artists and take place at 45 venues across the city.
Wristbands can be purchased from the CMW website here, with $35 granting fans admittance to all the festival showcases.
