Winehouse’s London Home Ransacked

It seems that Amy Winehouse just can’t catch a break. As she has been vacationing over the last few weeks and trying to get her career back on track with a new album and a new creative flow; back home, her London flat was ransacked by thieves. It is believed that roughly $21,000 worth of property, including top of the line recording equipment, a flat screen TV and five custom made and irreplaceable guitars has been stolen. ‘X-Files’ Director Dies

Established director and TV producer who directed over 50 episodes of ”The X-Files” and episodes of “Supernatural” died on Sunday in Los Angeles at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from lung cancer. Kim Manners started in showbiz as a director and production manager for “Charlie\’s Angels” in the 70’s. He later went on to work on series like “21 Jump Street,” “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” “Baywatch” and later went on to direct the “X-Files” for which he received four Emmy nods due to his work on the show. E! Online reported Warner Bros. has confirmed plans for a third “Tomb Raider” movie, which would feature changes for its leading character, Lara Croft according to the Hollywood Reporter. Radiohead Joins Grammy Performers List

It was announced on Monday (January 26) that Radiohead would perform on the Grammy Awards show taking place on February 8. The band is up for five Grammys. The Matrix Drops Album Recorded in ‘03 Featuring Katy Perry

The Matrix, a group of producers who have worked with such high profile stars as Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne and Korn, have dropped a self-titled debut album on iTunes. Last year, actor Joaquin Phoenix claimed he would retire from acting. Now he says he’s an aspiring rapper, but is it all a hoax? Not according to Phoenix’s rep. \”The transition from one career to another is never seamless.
