U2’s ‘Horizon’ To Drop In March
U2’s new album is coming.
The Irish band will release “No Line On The Horizon,” their 12th studio album, in North America on March 3.
The record will arrive internationally the day before.
The rockers were initially preparing to debut a new record this year, but members of U2 said in September they wanted to keep working on more songs.
The new album was produced by longtime U2 collaborators Brian Eno and Canadian producer Daniel Lanois, as well as Steve Lillywhite.
According to Billboard, the band is expected to hit the road in 2009, though touring plans have not yet been announced.
“Horizon” is U2’s followup to 2004’s “How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb,” which won the Grammy for album of the year in 2006.
