So what is Miley Cyrus up to for the holidays? Well last night, the pop star was booked for a couple of suits, as she performed in Houston at a private holiday party by Law attorney Mark Lanier.

A source in Texas says that Cyrus and her entourage arrived Saturday and she was set to perform Sunday night at Lanier Law Firm’s “Christmas Cheers and Charity” party, an annual fete that hosts more than 7,000 guests.

The source estimates that Cyrus, 16, and her team of dancers and musicians will receive “close to $1 million” to perform at tonight’s exclusive bash.

The party, which benefits the charity Guatemala SANA for needy Guatemalans, is no small affair. Previous guests include Dolly Parton and the Dixie Chicks. It will take place at a sprawling ranch in suburban Houston.
