‘Desperate Housewives’ Actor Survives 40-Foot Fall
Actor Jesse Metcalfe is in a hospital and recuperating after a 40-foot fall.
The ”Desperate Housewives” gardener was attending a party in Monaco for the World Music Awards on Sunday night when he lost his balance and fell off a hotel balcony, according to British reports.
Metcalfe, 29, was knocked unconscious and immediately transferred to a French Hospital.
A rep for Metcalfe told London’s ‘Sun’ newspaper, “He is a very, very lucky man. The accident could have been fatal,”
Metcalfe plays John Rowland, Gabrielle’s love interest, played by Eva Longoria-Parker on the ABC series ”Desperate Housewives.”
“We are going to speak to the organizers of the World Music Awards as the pathway was very dangerous and we heard someone else tripped up as well,” says Metcalfe’s rep. “It is an issue that needs to be addressed”.
