Following a $100,000 reward from entertainer Jennifer Hudson regarding the disappearance of her 7-year-old nephew Julian King, a male child has been found by Chicago police in a white SUV, Monday morning, at around 8 a.m, in the city’s West Side.

According to CNN, FBI authorities are still trying to identify the child, but believe that the body might be King.

The Chicago Tribune reported late Monday morning that members of the Hudson family were expected at the medical examiner’s office in the early afternoon, and a press conference was scheduled following the identification of the body.

The elite singer’s nephew went missing following the deaths of her mother and brother, who were shot dead in their home on Friday.

The Tribune also reported that a car belonging to Hudson’s slain brother, a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban with Illinois license plate number X584859 was reported missing from the crime scene, and the SUV containing the body of the boy matched that license plate number.

Hudson’s sister, Julia Hudson, made an emotional appeal Saturday for the safe return of her son.

“My greatest fear has already happened; my greatest hope is for having my child,” Julia said. “I just want my son.”

The Amber Alert, along with FBI experts have classified Hudson’s brother-in-law, William Balfour, as a suspect in the events, but has not been charged yet. Balfour and Julia Hudson had been previously married, before separating recently.

Hudson posted two pictures of her nephew on her MySpace page, wearing the brown-and-orange striped polo shirt he was wearing when he was last seen.

“Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely,” Hudson said in a posting on her MySpace page Sunday. “If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately.”
