GameMill Entertainment and Spark Plugs Games announced yesterday the development of a new business simulation game based on the Dairy Queen property, titled DQ Tycoon. The game will allow players to manage a series of Dairy Queen stores in a community with numerous daily challenges.

Dairy Queen Tycoon is the first management simulation game to have a specific brand behind it on the PC. Throughout the game, players will be able to created Blizzard treats, dip Dilly Bars, and decorate DQ Cakes. Players will also have to manage the operation of up to four DQ stores, upgrade machines and manage the staff.

DQ Tycoon will be available at retail stores around December 1, 2008.
