Breaking News: LeRoi Moore, Dave Matthews Band Sax Player, Dies at 46

LeRoi Moore, the sax player in the Dave Matthews Band, died this afternoon, according to TMZ. He was 46 years old.
Moore was injured in an ATV accident on June 30 in Charlottesville. He reportedly punctured a lung and broke his ribs. He was released from hospital but was readmitted following complications.
“LeRoi Moore, saxophonist and founding member of Dave Matthews Band, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, August 19, 2008, at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Los Angeles from sudden complications stemming from his June ATV accident on his farm near Charlottesville, Virginia. Moore had recently returned to his Los Angeles home to begin an intensive physical rehabilitation program,” a rep for the band told the web site.
TMZ reports that Matthews and his band will play a scheduled date tonight in Los Angeles.
