The Orb and the Oracle Slated for Winter 2008 Release
JoWooD Productions and DreamCatcher Games announced today that The Orb and the Oracle will be released in Winter 2008 for the Windows operating system, as the next installment in their best selling series, Dungeon Lords.
The game was created by the legendary RPG game author, D.W. Bradley. The Orb and the Oracle will feature numerous, detailed indoor and outdoor environments. The game will also have both single and multiplayer co-op game modes.
The Orb and the Oracle features an advanced combat system coupled with powerful magic spells to defeat enemies and competitors. The game is all set in real-time, and is accompanied by an “epic soundtrack”, according to a press release from the company. The Orb and the Oracle will be selling for around $40.
