The Screen Actors’ Guild has extended talks in order to prevent an actors’ strike in Hollywood that could begin as soon as June 30, however the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists has postponed its talks, Variety reports.
SAG and the AMPTP have extended their talks until May 5, but AFTRA is not set to start talks until May 5.
Sources say there are still a number of issues that need to be dealt with before either SAG or AFTRA are able to reach a settlement with the AMPTP.
If not agreement is reached, Hollywood actors could walk as soon as June 30.
