British supermodel Naomi Campbell has been released on bail after being arrested for spitting on a police officer yesterday.
The 37-year-old model got into an argument with the police after losing one of her bags at London’s Heathrow Airport. She was on her way to LA for a memorial service.
Campbell has a reputation for losing her temper.
In 2000, she pleaded guilty for assaulting an assistant while shooting a film in Toronto in 1998.
In 2005, she allegedly slapped her personal assistant with her BlackBerry, resulting in a civil suit.
And just last year, Campbell pleaded guilty to assaulting her maid with a cellphone in New York.
Campbell is expected to appear in court in late May for her latest assault, pending further inquiries.
