Feist is pulling out the puppets for her next music video.

Canada’s leading indie lady is teaming up with Calgary’s The Old Trout Puppet Workshop for the video. Anthony Seck will direct.

The Old Trout Puppet Workshop produced puppetry for Honey I Shrunk The Kids. Their work has also been featured on stage, in productions of Ronald Dahl’s Red Riding Hood and Jack And The Beanstalk.

But this isn’t Feist’s first time working with puppets.

The Grammy-nominated chanteuse once toured with Peaches as Bitch Lap Lap, a leotard-wearing rapper with a sock puppet.
