Juvenile Mourns Daughter’s Murder
Juvenile?s infant daughter was shot and killed by a teenage gunman Thursday.
Juvenile?s 4-year-old daughter Jelani, her 39-year-old mother Joy Deleston and her 11-year-old half-sister Micaiah were shot by Deleston’s 17-year-old son, Anthony, MTV News reports.
Police found the bodies in their Lawrenceville, Georgia home and took the gunman into custody Friday, arresting him on three counts of murder and three counts of aggravated assault. Anthony Tyrone Terrell led detectives to the location of the alleged murder weapon. A motive has yet to be determined.
Officers responded to 911 calls of shots fired and found Deleston and Micaiah murdered on the floor and Jelani’s body upstairs.
?”It was a tragic scene, a very horrific scene seeing small children like that being gunned down,” Officer David Schiralli told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, according to MTV.
Juvenile?s manager told media Saturday that the rapper is having a difficult time dealing with the horrible news.
“It really shocked him and devastated him to the point where I’ve never seen him before,” Francis said. “Right now he is relaxing and trying to grasp everything of what has happened.”
