Things are about to get even busier for The Cliks.

After touring the States in November and playing in the True Colors tour last summer with Cyndi Lauper, The Dresden Dolls, and Margaret Cho, the Toronto-based band is set to rock Canada with The Cult this spring.

The Cliks will also play the eighth annual Canadian Independent Music Awards in Toronto for Canadian Music Week next month. Their website has been nominated for favourite artist/band website.

But that’s not all for The Cliks in March. They will be playing in the South By Southwest Music Festival in Texas for the second time on March 13.

The Cliks have also been nominated for best music artist at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation’s GLAAD Media Awards. Bloc Party, Melissa Etheridge, and Canadian singer/songwriter Rufus Wainwright have also been nominated. The show also takes place in March.
