There were some awards given out at the Film Independent’s 2008 Spirit Awards, but no one seemed to be paying attention.

All eyes were on Angelina Jolie’s burgeoning belly as she walked the blue carpet Saturday. The size of Jolie?s stomach officially confirmed longstanding pregnancy rumours surrounding the star.

The ?A Mighty Heart? actress stepped out in a body-bearing black dress with her baby daddy and life partner Brad Pitt in tow.

The new addition will be Pitt and Jolie?s second biological child. The adoptive parents currently have four children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

PEOPLE reports that a source close to the philanthropy-loving pair revealed the Jolie-Pitts are “thrilled to be adding to their brood.”
