Nate Dogg is recuperating from a stroke that has rendered the left side of his body paralyzed.

The rapper suffered the stroke just before the Christmas holidays and is seeking treatment at an occupational rehab centre in Los Angeles, eCanadaNow reports.

Nate Dogg’s manager, Rod McGrew, assured fans with a statement to MTV in which he said that the rapper has not endured any brain damage or substantial speech impediments.

“Time will tell everything, obviously,” McGrew added. “But based on situations with similar people his age, and based on his health, the prognosis is good right now.”
