Lynn Spears wants to tell the world what it was like to raise one of the most high profile train wrecks in the world.

The mother of troubled pop star Britney Spears is writing a book about raising a family in the midst of media scrutiny.

The book will be titled Pop Culture Mom: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World and is set for release on Mother’s Day.

The announcement was made late Friday; the same day Britney and estranged ex-husband Kevin Federline attended a three-hour hearing in Los Angeles over custody of their two sons.
