After nearly two years of separation, and just as many boyfriends for Kate Hudson, she and now ex-husband Chris Robinson are officially divorced.

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge signed off on their divorces documents on Thursday, legally severing their marital ties.

The two, who were married on New Years Eve in 2000, have both stated that neither will be requesting fiscal support from each other for their son Ryder. Between Hudson’s thriving movie career and Robinson’s steady gig as the Black Crowes front man, little Ryder should have a fairly comfortable upbringing, to say the least.

As a matter of fact, their only real concern with the issue of the split was the well-being of their flowing-haired tyke.

“For both Chris and me, our main focus is, and was, Ryder. And happy parents, happy baby,” the “You, Me and Dupree” star told Harper’s Bazaar. “Therefore, I love Chris to pieces.”
