Disappointed Panthers fans didn’t get to see the Brooklyn based rock band at the Opera House as planned this week. Unfortunately, nearly $5000 of equipment and instruments were stolen from the four-piece ensemble at a show the previous night in Montreal.

“Sucks,” it has been reported that the group posted on their website, “but we are going to keep trucking on.”

The damages to their van from the robbery are also going to cost the band a pretty penny – overall, it was bad news across the board.

“Maybe [we should] put out a donation jar. ‘Help we lost H5000 worth of gear. Help us not be broke,’” the group mused.

Hoping to make it up in some way to their Ontario fans, the band has planed to schedule another concert at Hamilton’s Casbah.
