Jorja Fox Says Goodbye to CSI
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation says it’s losing a good one.
Jorja Fox, CSI veteran, has announced that she will in fact be leaving the show after nearly eight years. Part of the original cast, Fox, 39, has been an integral part of the cast since it’s debut in 2000. But the actress says that she feels the need to take a break from the demanding workload that comes with a weekly television series.
Fox told Entertainment Weekly’s website that her leaving shouldn’t indicate the shows end.
“If I thought the show were on its last legs, I would have tried harder to stay the course. But I feel like its going to be around for a while, so if I don’t want some of those dreams to pass me by, I have to get off the ride for a while.”
Poor Grissom. But there’s plenty of fish in the C.S.I.
