Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen Fight for Overnight Rights
Custody appears to be a hot topic in Hollywood lately. Denise Richards has requested that the courts put a stop to her children?s overnight stays with father Charlie Sheen.
Access Hollywood has reported that at a court hearing on Tuesday, Richards complained to the judge that her daughters often come home ?sad ad upset? when they stay the night at their father?s. According to Richards, Sheen behaves inappropriately when the children are around, and is upsetting the children as a result.
However, Sheen?s argument that Richards is attempting to interfere or destroy his relationship with the girls had surfaced prior to his ex wife?s formal allegations this week. Last month, Sheen requested that he have a say in the selection of the girls? nannies as the decision, up to that point, had solely been Richards?.
The L.A. Times has quoted Sheen in saying: “Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls,? and that Richards ?behaves as though she OWNS our children. She does not.”
Nothing on the verdict has been released.
