Just hours after Britney Spears was ordered to receive routine drug testing and parental coaching so that she could retain shared custody of her two children, she was spotted out partying in L.A.

The judge had only made his decision that afternoon; Britney and ex husband Kevin Federline are to share 50/50 custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. However, conditions were set for each parent entailing that they are both to refrain from using any drugs or alcohol while in the presence of their children, and for 12 hours prior visitation as well. In addition, Spears must have two parental coaching sessions per week, on top of routine drug testing and personal counselling.

With such strict conventions set in place, it?s a wonder why the pop star is chosing to play with fire so early on. Lawyer Brenda Kaufman told ET Canada that the Judge?s ruling is really calling for Britney to ?clean up her act?. The only question is ? does she really want to?
