BRITNEY SPEARS’ bodyguard has been charged with battery following an
altercation with a photographer in Las Vegas last month (Aug07).

Julio Cesar Camera was caught on camera attacking snapper Andrew Deetz as he attempted to get a shot of Spears as she left the Wynn Las Vegas hotel and casino.

Deetz filed a complaint against Camera after the incident.

Camera was charged with one count of misdemeanor battery, and faces up to six months in jail if convicted.
