Motorola has finalized availability and pricing for the upcoming RAZR2 cellphone.

The phone is set to debut on Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile USA, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless over the next few weeks in the United States.

“The Motorola RAZR(2) delivers the sharpest mobile experiences available — and customers of every national carrier in the U.S can now own one,” said Stu Reed, Executive Vice President, Motorola, Inc. and President, Mobile Devices Business. “With smart features available such as blazing-fast 3G wireless broadband, and modern style that’s slimmer and stronger than the original, the Motorola RAZR(2) is the ultimate iconic feature phone.”

Three major versions of the phone will be available. The V9, which will support 3G HSPDA, the V9m, which will support 3G EVDO CDMA and the V8 model, which will support GSM networks. In addition, the phone includes a larger internal screen for better viewing of web sites, music and other media.
