R&B star R. KELLY is to shoot another 10 episodes of his TRAPPED IN THE CLOSET drama after signing a new deal with U.S. cable network IFC.

The singer has already enjoyed chart success with his ‘hiphopera’, which was accompanied by a short film, in which he starred as ladies’ man Sylvester.

The film then became a 12-episode DVD last year and now Kelly has struck a deal with IFC to shoot an additional 10 episodes of his sage of infidelity.

Bosses at the cable network also plan to air the original 12 episodes.
