CAMERON DIAZ and ASHTON KUTCHER are to play lovers in a new romantic comedy set in Las Vegas.

The couple have been cast as an unlikely married twosome, who wed after a drunken night and then have to come to terms with their decision to become man and wife.

The film will be called Whatever Happens in Vegas.
