LATEST: ROSIE O’DONNELL won’t be out of work for long when she quits US TV show The View – she’s being courted for a role in Broadway musical Les Miserables.

O’Donnell has been approached by producers of the musical with a view to the actress joining the revival’s Broadway cast.

The A League Of Their Own star is reportedly interested in playing Madame Thenardier in the production.

O’Donnell’s past Broadway hits include roles in Fiddler On The Roof and Seussical.
